The Yondaime Hokage is an AGI hero, his abilities would be like Rasengan, Body Flicker, and... I'm not sure about the others... LOL... but just make sure that his abilities match what is written on the anime/manga, and don't ever remove Rasengan... ok... ^_^... anyways I would really appreciate it if you would acknowledge my request... Oh if you're asking why the Yondaime Hokage and not Naruto?
