Use Any Heroes which can cast multiple heroes at once, and buy refresher orb.
using lich, cast chain frost +refresher orb+ chain frost. if lucky you can kill 5 at once, this happen to me before

It has a bug..FYI.. Skills like "shadow strike","Blink strike" cant be used to creeps.. In the original 5.84, These skills can be used to creeps not only to heroes...
