Criminals and cops V.17

Finaly V.17 Is here.After being thinking about what too do. In this version v.17 i have added more units. I have also fixed some triggers.<br /> Criminal Fighters can now use the charm spell. Doesnt work on enemy units.Also i have fixed the terrain.
