Last Stand v2.3

Some say the odds are impossible; others rally their battered armies and make one last stand. Enabled four heroes with Tier 4 town hall upgrade. Also added shops, mercenary camp and hero tavern. 2.3: Worked around AI bug by having only one gold mine.
