Whistler 5.1.2223

Windows XP build 2223 identifies itself as 'Whistler 2001' in the start menu and login screensaver. It also has the Neptune-style login screen that would remain with Windows XP until build 2428. It also is the first leaked build to include the OOBE. Contrary to popular belief, 2223 is actually the first build to have new theming, being an early version of Watercolor. The theming of 2223 is in the file, Business.thx, however it is incomplete and the UI for it is missing. It is set to hibernate by default, much like Windows Neptune build 5111.1.
