Windows XP build 2416 changes little UI-wise from 2410, however, it now has OOBE with Merlin as your help system. Also, Outlook Express has been updated to version 6. Contrary to popular belief, Windows Product Activation is added, however it doesn't function. Build 2428 would be the first build to have a working WPA.
