Whistler 5.1.2465

Windows XP build 2465 (with a build tag of 2465.idx01.010412-2007) is a post-Beta 2 build of Windows XP. This build introduced Windows XP branding in the About Windows program and a few other areas. However, the boot screen, OOBE, and setup still say Whistler. The Bliss wallpaper and new-style login screen have also been set as default. The Luna theme has been updated. In a clean installation, the OOBE is broken, but upgrading has a working OOBE indifferent from the earlier builds.
