Whistler 5.1.2469

Windows XP build 2469 is a post-Beta 2 build of Windows XP. In this build, the setup was revamped and it now says "XP" in the upper left corner instead of Whistler. More mentions of Whistler in this build have been removed, though it still says Whistler on the boot screen and when shutting down. Some icons were replaced, mostly tray icons. The OOBE now works again and Merlin has been replaced with the Question Mark.
