Windows XP build 2531 is a Release Candidate 2 build of Windows XP. The original leaker modified the build to remove the timebomb and activation, added TweakUI, and add customized backgrounds. The setup font is also slightly different in the GUI stage and Command Prompt defaults at a white background with aqua large text.
